You can use the cross-platform GNU Radio (used to do the pop-up analyses). It's a very powerful signal processing framework, so you can do almost anything in it: gnuradio.org/
HDSDR (the main one) runs on Windows: www.hdsdr.de/
Sigmira (used for STANAG, but also does all the standard analog modes+some other digital ones) is cross-platform: www.saharlow.co...
