Both are Good, in there point of view. For Dairy Products, dosen't mean which milk Company just need average fat percentage of milk, more milk more money. But for other medicinally use, like making Ayurvedic Medicine, they require Gir for ghee, milk and Urine.

Both are not good the HF one is very bad cow its genetically modified for meat it give A1 milk which is very bad for health on the other hand gir cow give A2 milk which is very good for health milk of forigne breeds even cause cancer (side effects of genetical modification)

Yeah, but it's very less harmful then HF cow. 1 to 2% chance of cancer with Gir Milk, but with HF it's 50% to 70%. In both case it's long term effect.

Not bad but there were a number of points that aren’t accurate. In Canada cows aren’t dirty, they average about 12000 litres per year at 4% fat. Omega fats come from the diet inclusions fed. Holsteins can produce omega 3 fats too if fed flax. There are a number of other points I can correct too if interested.
