HFFS Load & Unload Case Pack Palletizing

This video shows a Horizontal Form, Fill, & Seal (HFFS) machine being loaded and unloaded with robots. Boxes are automatically erected, a liner (or bag) is inserted, robots prepare each layer according to the required box count, parts are packed into the box, the liner is gathered/folded over, and the top flaps are tucked and taped. After an automatic label application, a robot automatically palletizes them onto Now & Next pallet positions and signals to an operator that the full pallet is ready to be changed out.
