There are problems in mi phone when we connect them to pc, 1st is when we copy a file(video or image etc) which is within a folder inside a folder inside a folder 6 or 7 times the file is corrupted and we cant open it on pc [eg-miui gallery folder within miui>gallery>owner>cloud>camera and more folders always corrupted] 2nd thumbnails of video or images are not shown they show only icons like vlc or other only when we connect it to pc. Please check and reply whether these problems are solved or not

Don't buy Redmi phone: I am using this device from the night of 10/08/20. I am facing call drop problem but after few days I found the call is dropping due to no sim detection in my phone and this was happening other time also. I contacted with mi support services and they instructed me to do a lot of things one by one. I have tried all but problem not resolved. At last today 28 th day from purchase i.e. on 08/09/20 authorised service centre admit problem is due to problem from main board but they are not replacing the as I have not submitted it within 10 days from purchase. They will change the main board that means I will use a refurbished phone despite of paying full value of a new phone.

About performance to it's good 👍heating normally at charging time but if u watching onlne shows on chrome so charging drain quite fast and again heating issue but not too much normal but in other app I don't noticed any heating aur charging drainage issue. It has lcd display. thers some screen bleeding wich u can noticed only in white background it's bcz of its punch hole display
