Yep, I live in New York City while there is a decent selection at some places, the prices are way too high, I find it better to just order a bunch of 10-30 dollar kits online than paying that extra 15-30 bucks for them in store. No action bases! Have only found a few diver bases here and there but no action base😑

This gundam probably live up to its name. Kimaris demon itself is centaur type. How they tried to portrayed it as a centaur gundam is good idea though n the execution is really nice for the gundam itself. Highly detailed for a HG kit (Barbatos Lupus is good too) and ur review here is damn awesome. Keep it up!

Pretty clever idea for making a normal pilot be threatening with a Gundam Frame. Since normal piloys lack the full body control and thus the lesser mobility and agility of the Alaya-Vijnana System, the Kimaris Trooper compensates by using hit-and-run tactics as a hovering lancer. Probably makes no difference in space, but on the ground it makes a world of a difference. But the moment Gaelio uses the Alaya-Vijnana System in the new Vidar, he arms the legs with drills and knives since he can swing them now.

Well that was different. The OP with you in store. I hope you picked up that kit you dropped. LOL Overall, the Kimaris Trooper looks better I think; even with the mega butt shield. I wouldn't call that an Action Base. It's more just a regular display base. I suppose now you could call it a clear Action Base Mini (yes, the Mini is a real thing now). I think that thing is a tail for when it is in Trooper Form. The HGs and 1/100 No Grades are nice. But I really want MGs. Hopefully we get all the Gundam types at least in MG. That "thing" at the end is the Booster Type parts that comes with the add on set for the original Kimaris right?

Not a big fan of the Kimaris, but your review has sold me on it. I kinda wanted to hold off on it and get the Vidar instead like how I've held off on the Astaroth for the Astaroth Origin and how I'm waiting to see if there's a non-parts former version of the Full City instead of just buying the Rebake, but Kimaris does look really cool once you put the arms and back skirt of the original Kimaris onto the Trooper. Still, having to buy two kits just to achieve the look I want is kinda daunting...

Nope it can't be replaced, Bandai doesn't sell or send replacements parts, So if you say were to break the V-Fin on Barbatos head your gonna have to glue it back or get a brand new gunpla. The Ryusei Go (Gundam Flauros) includes an extra Polly cap so if you fear of losing one that's an option.

TheLolboy360 If you are going to get into painting, I would suggest you get an air brush; especially if you're going to invest in GunPla for a while. The problem with spray cans is: a. they are expensive for how much paint you get b. the fumes are quite strong c. a lot of sites will not ship it; especially internationally because they are very flammable and each country has different rules to how much (if any) is allowed Air brush is overall a cheaper alternative. The initial investment of setting up a spray booth and whatnot might cost a bit more upfront, but overall you get more value. If you cannot get Tamiya spray cans (and if you really want it), then go with either an alternative like whatever hobby grade spray can paints they sell in Australia or just get like Gundam Markers or regular bottles of Tamiya acrylic paints and hand brush.
