omg i just finished zz anime a while back with 1.2 speed and i can tell you definitely watched the whole thing. i know many gundam fans who couldnt complete. and u featured those small things into the review like zaku head zeta and the "anime janai". just perfect. this review deserves more than 1 likes from me wondering if bandai plans to release a newer version like "post revive era" hg zz. if not maybe down the road i'd get one of these after i run out of kits that i desperately want to own and build. Thanks for the review. it was fantasitic.

Tbh with how well the full armour zz gundam ver Kai did this year I won't be surprised if they are at least considering it and I think we're probably going to get a big rg suit at the end of this year anyway like how the Crossbone and nu gundam were in the same year with the Crossbone coming first

i still don't get it the hate for zz, i liked for what it was , at least it had the balls to continue from wher z lef toff, unlike many gundam series of late, and the protag was a nice change of pace, again, unlike all the emo edgelord pilots of nowadays series

It's because of the hilarious and comedic first half of Gundam ZZ, despite that Tomino made it that way because of how Zeta Gundam went.

It also explored the concept of newtypes and expanded upon them. Not to mention I love judau's no nonsense attitude. Also it has peak zeta designs too like zaku 3 , geymalk, quin mantha and the zz and its variants.

Because they went WAY too far into the comedic side. Also the ZZ is borderline Super Robo rather than the Real Robo vibe they were going with.

I have to humbly disagree: the HGUC RX-0 Unicorn Mode which came out a year prior had virtually no visible seam lines. Now in terms of color separation I could give it to that kit for the time it came out but even then I'm not entirely sure. But good looking kit for sure.

Not sure what the disagreement is. But the Unicorn kits are definitely solid! Just the seams on the backpack, under the arms, and little ones on the thighs - and they barely count. Also, to be such a departure from what we'd previously thought of as being "a Gundam", while having so few hiccups in the kit design was really something. I tend to forget the Unicorns are seven months older than this kit; they seem much newer. Probably because they're still being used in kits like the Phenex😅

I have that one and can say it aint that good. the articulation and engineering don't hold up.

Bandai kits are meant to be very affordable so nowadays, that would cost a bit more. Plus, the older kit is way outdated in everything else that the transformation can't save it.
