Why Thirumeni the Orthodox Church would not be willing to change the Serampore syllabus into Oriental Orthodox Churches syllabus theology

He passed away a decade ago. the unfortunate reality is that none of the OO churches got a higher learning system in place (university & research). Probably Coptic Church is the only one who got something similar but even that system isn't perfect.
