I think I have a new obsession. I got back into gunpla after a long absence, and I'm loving it more than ever before. Seeing people take their builds over the top is awesome, but your video is uniquely hypnotizing and I love it. It's almost meditative, just focusing on the details and getting lost in process. I love it. A lot of what i'm seeing is above what I consider my skill level, but it's useful information. I love knowing what went into making a kit look the way it does. I'm nowhere near experienced enough to give constructive criticism, but I will say I love this calm yet alert vibe I'm getting from your videos. I wouldn't think I could just 'vibe' with watching people customize gunpla, but I'm really enjoying it. I hope you keep the 'chill vibes' moving forward. Great work! edit: I also love the cute little flavor commentary text. It's very cute.
@KelgaCreations4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Haha my thinking is the main thing I would like to express with the viewer is to vibe and chill with them during the process. Almost as if someone comes up next to me to see what process I’m at from time to time. For viewers who are familiar with the hobby, hopefully they learnt a few things briefly. For viewers who are not into this hobby, hopefully it’s interesting enough to get them curious and try out Gunpla, or even just to encourage them with their own creative work!

I understand this may be a late message but this build is inspiring me to go and build my own Zaku 1 Sniper from scratch. there's only one thing I want to ask if you don't mind answering. What is the connection piece you are using on the backpack to act as the holster for the beam sniper rifle? It looks really cool and I would like to borrow that for my own custom if you don't mind

You mean after gluing the seam lines?
@BlackLionBeta3 жыл бұрын
Yes i saw the pegs get cut out but how does it hold itself up now?
@KelgaCreations3 жыл бұрын
The joints are not completely cut off, so the holes still have something to hold onto~ plus I applied some super glue just the shortened peg around the rim to add extra thickness and grip once the glue has dried on its own. You follow?
@BlackLionBeta3 жыл бұрын
I think so but i saw you shave down the inside joint part too and it doesn't look very strong can it still stand on its own?
@KelgaCreations3 жыл бұрын
It can stand well enough for photos and filming! Haha then it gets packed away~ so it's not standing around on shelves. You can send me a message on my Instagram if you have, then I can take photos to show you the pieces.
