I really need to get into using plaplate. I feel like its something my kits are really missing.That 3rd dimension it can give to certain area's just looks so good.

The 1mm hole left a small bevel, I thought that was nice. The 2mm bevel looks nice too. Good video!

This was a great video. I wanted to pick up the pin vise set from USA Gundam store but I’m more of a painter so I wasn’t sure if I would really use this at the moment. This video showed some great ways to use the set for my level so I’m definitely ordering it now 👍.

Love the SIMP sword, also... The other side of the calipers... Is literally made to measuring the inside diameter. Instead of eyeballing it. Not sure if that is common knowledge and you prefer to eye ball it... But bugged me...

Lol yeah I know but I also didn’t really need to be too precise so it was enough 😅

Where can you get this SIMP sword? I'm pretty sure it's meant for 1/144 specifically for Rick Dom, some ace unit from a game I believe. It was featured in build divers as in the fight between main character and the No Name Astray.

I always wondering that why gunpla modellers always sand their entire gunpla from 400-800+ ?
@tallaaron11154 жыл бұрын
If you plan on painting your model then you want the surface as smooth as possible but have enough scratches in it to be able to allow the undercoating to grip onto the model.
@zakhaevshub47354 жыл бұрын
@@tallaaron1115 I'm wondering what's the ideal sanding paper grit ?
@tallaaron11154 жыл бұрын
@@zakhaevshub4735 you start with 400, but you build up to 800, when painting depending on the finish you want some people even run up to 2k grit. Easy to get and cheap. A car sandpaper bundle works wonders.
