3:50 after building this... I think you shouldn't restrict yourself with the pipe. it clips on over the solid piece on the rear end. it doesn't have anything holding it down, and you can very easily unclip it. I think it might serve more as a locking mechanism than anything. This kit is far better with waist movement.

Were the arms super loose for you? For me the arms keep popping off there's barely any friction at all, i dunno if its mold degradation of the kit itself (though it seems to look just fine) or the polycaps
