Why didn't you do your class 1 straight away instead of class 2.

@@Fast_car1000 You can't! You first need to get your class 2 license (rigid) and then you can get your class 1 (artic). Thats how it works in The Netherlands anyways.

Ha ha! I'm on one of the 8 wheelers but now you know who I work for 8:24 - 8:37 That one is for sale I think as there are 3 R560's waiting to go on the road to replace those older Daf's. 11:10 All that land in front of you and all the way down the left side of the A38 to the River Trent I've worked on in my tractor back in the 70's and 80's. Oh and as you turned off there that bridge to the right is not only 7.5 tonnes weight restriction it also has solid metal barriers that are only 7.5 feet wide! We used to gently scrub them with the tractor tyres! 21:40 My youngest sends consigns pallets of stuff to that depot in front of you as he works at Wolseley's! All the best mate enjoyed the ride.

@@Life_of_Darren Yes it was one of ours, think it was Andy. On this day the longest serving driver had to leave his lorry on the A38 near Derby and got taken to hospital, still in unfortunately. Tractor driving can be fun, I've always enjoyed it anyway. I have a couple 1958 Massey Harris Pony and a 2003 New Holland TS90. I'm not working at present as my Dad died on Tuesday morning and we've just been making sure Mum is alright as she has been his sole carer for a couple of years, Mum's 84 and Dad was 87. @@Life_of_Darren Thank you Darren. Dad was a farm labourer at 14 went on to start his own haulage firm with 4 lorries and started a tractor lime spreading business in '74. Later a farmer and shire horse breeder whose horses went to live all over Europe. Unfortunately the driver is still in hospital with abdominal problems. Take care and have a good weekend.

It sure is, tbh you get used to the long hours after a while, but not keen on a finish after 7 as you don’t get to do anything afterwards with the family etc
