@@shingiraitrevormboto2105 In our experience over the last 7 years or so I'd say: - one who reduces the space in which the opposition can operate (arbitrary arrests, not allowed to campaign freely) - one who shuts down ALL media houses that criticize or don't agree with his government. - one who preaches hate speach based on tribalism in a bid to divide the country into an us vs them situation. - one whose government systematically erodes the nations institutions (judiciary, executive) to the extent that they become mere extensions of his will thus allowing him to practically run for a third term. - one who allows & fosters lawlessness in the country to the extent that his cadres posses more powers than the police & municipal authorities. All these things are part of his legacy & are mainly responsible for his demise and why a lot of us Zambians are calling this our 2nd independence day!!
