Hare Krishna Swami, I offer my respectfull obeisance at your lotus feet, I have two question, -How Hanumanji born as Murari gupta, as Hanumanji is chirangiv ? -currently i am reading "shri chaitanya bhagwat" by Shrila vrundavan das thakur, there it is mentioned that Murari Gupta were incarnation of GARUDA? Please clear my confusion. Hare Krishna!

Hare Krishna. Q 1. Hanuman ji can expand and appear in multiple forms to serve the Lord. So, Hanumanji was born as Murari Gupta, but he was also present as Hanuman in his original form too. Q 2. Multiple devotees appear to serve the Lord. But since there are limited devotees who can engage in the current pastimes, so multiple devotees appear within one form. So Murari Gupta is primarily Hanuman, but Garudadeva and Lord Rudra/Shiva is also present within Murari Gupta. So he has exhibited all three pastimes according to the requirements of the Lord.
