HHC THE GLOBAL CAMEL RACE - EXPATS 2021 • 1

I had the opportunity to participate in the 2nd edition of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Centre (HHC) global camel race and finished runner-up for the 2nd time. This UAE Heritage camel race is part of UNESCO Cultural Heritage.
The biggest surprise of the day was the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
I had the most unique connection and experience with my racing camel who's inner power carried me like a rocket throughout the 1km length of the track.
I’m really grateful to the team and trainers for their trust and for allowing me this new amazing experience. Most importantly, my gratitude goes out to HHC for their vision to preserve and share the Emirati heritage among the different people and cultures of the world.
