i have been in engineering all my life and been installing lifts for 15 years this is the first time i have installed one of these and we have had no end of problems parts missing parts wrong faulty parts wrong parts the list goes on the assembly manuals are not worth the paper they are printed on and the support from Wittur technical can take days to call you back Wittur you need to listen to the engineers who install these

Indeed you might face a problem with these kind of frames construction ,that depends on the source ,from wich distributor you ordered package . I think these problems are not exist with the other distributors .
