Did you alter the spark timing? Needs to be closer to top dead center. You will produce more power without adding more hho per min.

Look like your on the same project as me ! ... Verry nice work your baloon give you a constant flow of hydrogen. having it plug to your hydrogen bubuler make sure you dont get an explosion. I have the same problem here i need more curent i assume to get the perfect amout of hydogen you need 1400 Watt to 1600 Watt. Verry nice work there keep it up !

hey guys....I didn't adjust ....and yes you are right....needs to be at or even just after top dead center...there is no delay in the ignition of hho...and thanks for the info on alternator. ....this project got minted on a plate and is drill waiting to get alternator put on it.....I switched projects to my brothers semi truck...we gained a 1/2 mile per gallon with a new unit I built only running at 25 amps...and I built it to run 70 amp...and nd around 6.5 liters of hho.....there is a vid on that too.......thank you for your comments...

You need to rebuild your unit. Smaller plates are your answer. you will get better current use out of several small plates!

If you will rebuild your unit using smaller and more cells and configure them in a series parallel arrangement You will cut your current consumption big time! Large cells like you are using gobble up and waste current! And use an electrolyte of K O H which is also called Pot ash. Also the backfiring is caused by the timing of your motor, it needs to be advanced to just a hair passed T D C Top Dead Center! Because unlike Gasoline, Hydrogen burns Very Fast and is too fast for any timing advancement AT ALL! I really know what I am saying, I did the work and research.

So if the hydrogen is too fast and you say there is no engine timing can’t fix that how can I stop the back fire

Thanks for the info guys. where you guys from? I have blown the lid off my bubbler a couple times. But I was using a second bubbler made out of a plastic bottle. The more HHO I produced the more violent the bubbles became and it would blow the bottom out and then back feed to my main bubbled. So for those of you who are using a bubbler for a spark arrestor. Don't run your in feed hose to the bottom keep it in the middle of your bottle. And there is a point that it won't work anymore.

The spark timing needs to be altered to top dead center or 1 degrees after top dead center and for best results you need to inject a fine mist of water through the carburetor because when hydrogen and oxygen Burns it's not an explosion it's an implosion

check out the ebay store powermaxusa. They have 220 amp alternators for 160 dollars, free shipping. they also have special gearing in them that make them produce more power at idle speeds. They said that for the full 220 amp output, the engine has to be at 1800 rpm. at least on the random one i pulled up as a reference. there's others that reach 220 amp at 1200 rpm from other sellers, but i've never bought from them. they are also like 250 dollars. dbelectrical is another ebay store.

It's a cool experiment, however it has no use generating power. Example: you must have electricity to harvest HHO. Power grid down I assume? Solar power will absolutely provide enough power, however you might as well just use solar power, as you won't create half the power converting solar to mechanical and back to electrical. It would make sense if you spent a week or two collecting enough Hydrogen to move a heavy load with a truck during a diesel or fuel shortage.

I know... overunity is not a thing...but your right if you can store power when not needed and then use that power for something else when you do need it. I haven't worked on this project for years....but I'm going to start messing with it again.

I was worried about the hho in the float bowl.... and i removed the carburetor to reassure that i was running on straight HHO.

S1R9A9M9 ran his Briggs 18HP mower engine idle speed on water in carb, 2008. See You tube videos 1+2, and associated. videos. Website shut down. I have most of his data collected. Working on similar conversion for 12HP. Yes, lower power out, but his v8 old conversion El camino tooled around town back at that time also. Adjustable EGR required while exhaust drippings contain embedded Nitrogen that improved efficiency, and about 6-7 amps DC added through spark plug. Timing retarded to about -34 degrees. High voltage Battery protection diodes set required, with series 2MH inductors + S1R hand wound magnetic triple coils assembly over spark plug wire. His unusual new process forms water vapor pressure generated with also small amount hydrogen gas! Must verify no/low ohms spark plug.

At first I thought a lot of amperage made alot of gas but boy was I wrong few months of design and test I get best results with sodium Hydroxide 8 grams to be exactly to 1.5 liter of water at 14 volt the hydrogen I get was 5lither per minute at 20 amp 10 plate generator 8inchs by 5inch not dry cell I was surprised to get some much

60 X 13.6 = 816 watts 12.5 hp = 9.32 KW sorry but even at 100% efficiency your short by a facfor of 11. It' best you'll pull I hp and make some noise. Sorry you may want to pull this down, it's going nowhere

It' won't at 746 watts per HP those cells operating at 30 amps each at 12 volts will only produce enough gas for just over 1HP assuming 100% efficiency.

Acually...back when i did this,with the engine at very low idle..( almost killing) i put a load on it and it didnt even bog down.....hho has way more power then fuel. Thats why i figured i could get decent enough power to turn an alternator. ...one day i will get back on this project. Ive built a few more HHO generators sence this video. I Have learned alot and continue to keep learning...i see some negitive comments here which is OK with me...with out opinions none of us would learn....thank you for the good comments...togeather, I would think we can make this all work. I find it hard to beleave this isnt already in existence. Atleast a engine that could be use to balk charge some deep cell batteries...
