Hi Cherry! This portable meter is for EC/TDS. It does not have a pH electrode on it. Our HI98130 Combo Meter will read pH/EC/TDS.

Well hello! Thank you for the question. Yes, the conversion factor allows the meter to convert an EC reading into a TDS reading. The HI98312 features an adjustable TDS conversion factor which you can change based on your sample. Hope this was helpful!
