Shalu what moves me to follow the goals is just follow them three days straight, and then the 4th day the momentum carries you forward. Fuck motivation. So just train your mind that ok I am going to follow that workout for just three times, just say no to junk cravings at three instances. And body image issues will continue to be if you don't do something about it. ( Not about weight but the issue instead). Please use this "3 times" formula. Come on live your best life yaar.

Delhi university or LSR offers Ba journalism honours course is this course is same to BJMC like some colleges not DU, offers BJMC and they have subjects like Radio, PR, advertising, lil bit film making or documentary making kind of stuff , subjects about journalisms And the reviews and from some of the seniors friends who are currently in DU says that BA journalism honours only deals with core journalism which includes print media and electronic media.
