Change the title to Hi-C featuring Tony A. That was the name of the artist. Hi-C and Tony A were like Guru & Premo (Gang Starr). You would not see a Gang Starr video with a title "Guru - Code of the Streets" lol. Just kidding. Maybe you don't know. But Tony A was Hi-C's DJ and the sole producer of this song and the entire Skanless album. "Punk Shit" is the song playing in the beginning. Tony A is in the 64 with Hi-C
