Thank you for showing the 'bad' stuff, I have been struggling lately with my little girl. I'm a single mom, going to the University full time and my sweet girl is almost two. She has hit the twos hard and been giving full and intense tantrums and I have felt so overwhelmed knowing how to deal with them. Seems discipline makes them worse. Anyways, I just wanted to encourage you that showing those parts of your life that maybe you find messy or bad, is actually encouraging to others because I know for me, it makes me feel less alone. Aww bonnie don't EVER feel embarrassed if you can't keep up in class!!! EVERYONE goes through that struggle. It's how they get to the stage where they can keep up!!! So next time, just take a break from the exercise, or do an easier version of the exercise, and then join back in when you think you can!!! The instructor is trained and prepared for that to happen, so don't feel like you are disrupting the class!

A fabric shower curtain saved my life. It's so easy to pop it in the washer and it comes clean every time. The other added bonus is that it is heavy enough that it doesn't attack you while you're showering. haha I think you're in good company by the way, most of us have a crazy drawer like that. :)

This is my honest opinion... I like that you dont daily vlog and i like that joel still has his job. I feel like if you started to daily vlog you would start vlogging because you have to not because you want to. Also joel not quitting his job keeps your guys sanity. If you both spent every day vlogging together would possibly cause tension in the relationship. I love at dinner how you and Joel are trying to talk to eachother the the kids are being loud. Nice to see those things in the vlog too. I like to see other vlogger struggles sometimes... it's real life and sometimes nice to see that you are not the only one to have struggles and other people share some of the same struggles we do. I feel you on the blue cheese curds. They're my secret weapon when losing weight as just a few curds pack lots of flavor and weighs only 1/10th of an ounce, so only 10 calories! I melt some on brown rice or eat a quarter ounce (25 calories) with a serving of wheat thins (16 crackers, 140 calories) and 1 tlbl of craisons (35 calories) for a delicious treat of only 200 calories! My mom is crazy with her cleaning Monday-dusting, mirrors, TV screens windows Tuesday- vacuuming and mopping Wednesday- cleaning the bathrooms Thursday- couches and chairs get wiped down Friday- bedding, towels. Everyday in laundry day for my mom. It's crazy and definitely excessive. But it works for her. Keeps her on top of her stuff and keeps things a bit more chill.

Hey Bonnie! Just some tips that I use to ensure I have energy for the gym. The key is to eat 1.5 hours before your workout. Have a good meal at breakfast like eggs and oatmeal. That gives your body time to digest the food into energy. Bread will make you feel heavier (not literally but you know what I mean lol) .Also, hugely important is hydration! Keep your pee light light yellow! Lots of water the day before and the hours before your workout. Caffeine of course helps too. And if you want to get really into it, use a small amount of pre workout if you feel that's what you want to do. Just some things I found for maximizing energy. 😊👊🏼😘

Honestly, the absolute best thing to clean a bathtub with is a mixture of 1 part vinegar, 1 part water and a few drops of dawn dish soap. Warm it in the microwave for 45 sec and then dump it in the tub, swish it around and let it sit 20 min- then wipe clean and rinse.

Hi, when you want to clam down the kids when you are speaking....just tell them to take a deep breath..slowly take it up..take it down...they quickly focus to take breath.do it two or three time then ask them to be quiet until you speak..I hope it will work..its works with my kinder garden children.
