I am someone who went through childhood trauma, sexual and physical abuse as an adult and now on the mend and want to heal and be better. Have been at a loss on how to even start or where. Ran across you and have never been so thankful. I as a child also wanted to be a pastor. My love for God is what has always gotten me through it all

It’s funny. I was telling my wife how the only time I’ve heard someone speak with such emotional weight was in the church. It makes sense now, knowing your background a bit, where you learned that style of communication. We’ve had our own falling out story, since. As far as I’m concerned, there isn’t anyone more deserving of the “Megaphone” of social media, than you and your work. Keep it up.

I'm here from tt, I'm drawn to you and what you say (not in a weird way) I'm dealing with the death of my brother, his name is Randy, he was my best friend the best brother a girl could have. He died in March from cancer. I can't imagine what my life is gonna be without him, I don't know how to be happy now. I have a wonderful husband and 3 grown children. Its like my heart is broke and will never heal. I don't know what to do. (I would never do anything to disappear) I'm just lost. I'm not religious but I am very spiritual.

It’s interesting to me how many peoples belief in Christ is so rooted in there church and the experience they had, then were it should be which is the text and in The story of Jesus and his call on his believers to be like him! The Gospel should shape the church, and yet we let our experiences in the church how we live out the gospel. Thank you for sharing your story and I’m looking forward to watching more!
