That's why Sona is such a great pick against Vayne, she has no skillshots and stupid early poke all of which Vayne struggles greatly against. Caitlyn/Sona will pretty much always win lane against Vayne if they are at all competent at laning.

Zack Gibbs if u have an Alistar he can flash Sona q+w+ignite and its pretty free kill to Vayne. But vs a Blitzcrank/Ezreal or Lucian with a good support its just free lvl 1. Vayne depends so much in your support, thats why she isnt the best adc in soloQ
