I have to be honest and say that I feel more sorry for the people around me than I do for myself. There will come a time when I go off permanently into cloud la-la land but the people around me will still have to deal with everything. I can't say I feel guilt, because this is something I have no control over but I do know that in the long run, I will suffer less in real terms.
