I can relate not being able sleep I suffer from insomnia. I would keep an notebook, on your pain and your activities/ eating. Possible maybe contribute to activity or something you ate. Good evening my precious friend. It’s so good to see you today. My favorite boy in your nursery is looking very dapper today as always, I love this little boy. I’m the same way with my sleep Chris. I feel worn out until I lay down then I start sweating, then I have to pee, then I’m cold, then I start itching, then it all starts over again. Before I calm down it’s time to get up. Hi Chris no one can accuse you of sitting in your bum lately - you have been non stop - your liver is literally just in front of your tummy - it is a very remote mental organ - it doesn’t like being messed with so having a bad spit will cause pain for sure - it doesn’t seem odd that they want all of this done this time especially as you’ve recently had an op - I hope everything goes well and you start to feel much better - your babies are looking gorgeous as always 🥰🥰🥰🥰
