If you use Sparkle ultimate on teammate without elemental breach state, Sparkle won't receive ult cd reduction so you literally cannot use her ultimate on 2nd rot (missing 10s) 🤡🤡

What a pathetic move by Mhy. All these just to force people to pull SS Sparkle - right after CN anniversary? Also, restricts some of the buff to limit players’ team comp and punish those who don’t whale (not having SSS HoTr)? I’m surprised that CN hasn’t riot over this beta patch yet. Yes, this is still beta, but never have I seen such ridiculous patch update such as this.

Oh this girl’s gonna be terrible in MA (neither Sirin or FoV have SP leader skill for HoTr to Breach on first rotation and HoF is a joke DPS by now)

not really every rotation, only first time when sparkle wanna use ultimate, must have ele breach state, then it will permanent buff basically, either (hotr ult + sparkle ult) on 1st rot or skip both ult and save to 2nd rot but main dps will do god awful dmg for 1st rot due to no breach and sparkle buff

Does she need hotr to be used as DPS or does she have a different team for dps?

She’s a support in Part 1 teams, the Breach state requirement just means you can’t use Sparkle Ai and MUST have either HoTr or AE for the Ult CD reduction
