Local Luchador It's like a diddle. The idea is to get several strokes on a hand so you can play faster. I don't know if there's a technical term for it, though. It's really helpful.

No he's not. From what I've read he's a self taught drummer. He has a unique way of playing and his sense of timing is also very different. He's definitely a great drummer. I love his style. But I think the best thing to be gleaned from his drumming is not to copy it, but to come up with your own groove and style. That being said this dude did a good job playing this incredible song
