Welcome to the Buckeye State (belatedly)! I don't think it was mentioned in your video, but Chillicothe was Ohio's first capital, before moving to the more central location of Columbus. This history is a big player in why they work to keep these old buildings in great shape there. Also, if you have the opportunity to come a little further west to my town, Dayton, we've had an innitiative for the last 10 years or so to paint murals on most of the concrete faces of overpasses and retaining walls, etc, around the city. Art is litterally everywhere here, and I love it.
