They use projectors and a plastic sheet to make it look like a hologram! Its very intersthing sarah spaceman has a great video explaining it! Its called: people are MAD about miku expo 2024 i recomend watching it!!!

The beat, the drop, the movement and the black screen behind is just so perfect. The part that circles of words appear in-sync with the beat is just the most impressive smooth thing I've ever seen in a live concert.

To be fair, considering that without the timing being perfect, the main attraction of the entire concert would be off-cync, they've put a lot of work into making sure that everything is perfectly in sync. A lot more than your average live concert.
