Longest game winner: in the first year of the ABA, the Indiana Pacers were playing the Dallas Chaparrals (now the Spurs). There were two seconds on the clock, Dallas is up two with a guy at the line. He misses, it is grabbed by Pacers player Jerry Harkness (who had played on the Loyola team that won the NCAA tournament). He turned, threw it to the other end, and it went in. After he was mobbed by his teammates the teams went to their benches to prepare for overtime when the reds realized it was a three-pointer and Indiana had won.

@ibperson7765 which part of the debate? That Wilt is the better scorer? That Wilt is the better player individually? That Russell is the better defender? That Russell is the better leader? Bill Russell's Celtics were so good that he could focus on defense to help his team win. His highest scoring game was 37 if I remember correctly. Wilt Chamberlain was so dominant that he restricted himself. Twice in his career his fg attempts dipped by around 10 from one season to the next. To not be only known for his size and strength, Wilt chose to display skills such as his jumpshot and hookshot instead of dunking whenever possible.

From 111 - 87 to 111 - 117, damn that must've felt like a blessing from God.

Dunno how you can say Steph's 3pt record or Lebron's scoring total won't ever be broken. Ant already has 7k pts at 22 years old he also has nearly 800 3's already. Steph had 317 3's by 22, Lebron had 8,400 pts at 22. Someone will do it eventually, especially if changes aren't made to the game that effect how it's played right now. Luka at 25 has 11,470 pts and 1,201 3's. These aren't "the most unbreakable records".

People always forget that Kobe took 50+ shots to get to 60 in that Jazz game. THATS HORRENDOUS but it's poat-injury Kobe so nobody says anything
