Very old, neglected and outdated infrastructure there. Trash/rubbish all over the sides of the roadways. USA needs to invest more in upgrading its outdated infrastructure.

The whole area has gone wayy downhill since the 70s, 80s and even the 90s. I grew up in Levittown in the 70s and 80s. The whole area around Broadway Mall Commons, etc., is terrible now, in some cases quite dangerous. A lot of crime, vagrancy and neglect and violence lately. Levittown isn't quite as bad, for some reason. The mall is almost half empty as of a week ago, was sold recently, and Sears sits there rotting for five years now. It's very sad.
