6:00 S.23rd Street and S.10th street are City roads and Maintain by the City of McAllen to the International bridge, which McAllen also owns the US side entry. 19:15 Entering McAllen city proper on S.10th street. Love my city!

The first house in the Video , is Ramon Ayala home , the “ king of th accordion “ he’s arguably the most famous “norteno” accordion player of all time . And he also hosts free concerts at every December for the community at Hidalgo and a light show which is called “ Festival of Lights “

No, Hidalgo has demonstrated a lower crime rate than the state and national level. Poverty is in the eye of the beholder.
