Smooth matcha green tea pudding made without an oven and hardened with gelatin.
Instead of whipped cream, white chocolate is added to give it a rich flavor.
Mixing the white chocolate and matcha first gives it a beautiful matcha color without lumps.
▷Ingredients(3 pudding):
■Matcha pudding
40g white chocolate
8g matcha
350g milk
40g sugar
6g gelatin
60g water
▷How to make:
1. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a pan of simmering water. Add the matcha powder while sifting, and mix well.
2. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin into the water and allow it to soften.
3. Put milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat up to 60℃, stirring constantly.
4. Add milk a little at a time to the matcha in (1) and mix well each time.
5. Strain the pudding liquid and cool in ice water to 20℃. Put into a container and chill for 5 hours.
