I personally think it's because most people are pretty new since ABA has most of it's popularity from Feberuary or a bit later to now and that even the most experienced people don't use the Air Cero since it's kinda useless. (It's area of effect is small enough to be able to dash out with relative ease, it does less damage than using Cero normally to my knowledge, and you're just wasting your evasive unless you use the Air Cero right after getting out of stuns)
