8:05 it surely is Pennywise written, but that poster looks like a band tour dates, which makes me think it's actually a reference to the BAND Pennywise, not the thing/clown we all know and love to hate. If i'm not wrong, the songs in the soundtrack for both games has something to do with Randy Bradburry, the bass player for the band.
