at 3:47 hidden dialogue is 10/14 when talking to betting stand manager 4:45 it becomes 12/14 (count 2), it might be a bug already try with 2 different character and the result is same.. and at 6:00 if you can't find rio(chef) try clear cache or try again tomorrow, mine spawn after tomorrow 6:09 or try at 1 - 2PM GMT+7 or 8 - 9PM
