Just a little FYI for all those accusing people of being mean for pointing out the believability that actress actually looks 26. Here it is: The actresses DOB is September 1, 1979. The movie lease date was April 30, 2019. Which means at the time this movie was released the actresses real age at was 39 years, 7 months, and 29 days old. Don't get me wrong, many actors and actresses play roles of younger and older characters all the time. The question is can they pull off the age they are representing? An to point out that someone looks older doesn't mean people are saying she is ugly or couldn't play the part. To say she doesn't look the part of a 26 year old is factual statement given her real age. I'd wager the issue is with the script. The male lead looks at least 40. I would have pegged her age for 35. If they would have changed the age it might have been more believable.

From what I gather, the character she's playing is in her 30s. The part where she says she's 26 is early in the movie when they first met, but the rest of the movie takes place I think 8 years later. So it's really not even a big deal. It's a low budget movie and they just didn't do a very good job making her look younger at the beginning of the film. I don't see why people make such a big deal out of these things, I personally just laugh about them and move on. I tend to be a lot more forgiving over things like that and plot holes or silly plot devices. It's just a movie after all. But, to each their own.

So many things annoyed me about this movie. For one, she's definitely not 26. More like 36. And granny, didn't she just tell you not to put the pictures anywhere in plain sight? And why stuff around trying to fix your tyre if you think your son is in danger? Wouldn't you just call a cab? Or borrow your friends car? And why didn't she give Danny a burner cell phone, in case of emergencies? Also when he goes missing, you wouldn't stay home waiting - I would be out checking all the motels. It's a small town, so I'm sure there would only be one or two in the area? This is all common sense stuff, but it makes the movie eye roll worthy.. 🤦‍♀️🤔😏
