Amazing content and 100% right on,. Up here in the big apple, all of school, famous name brand too, teach technique. Concept and philosophy, you can dust for prints, you wont find them. You may hear " connection" but its a 50 / 50 spilt if they know what it really means, talk about weight distribution and angles, they look at you like you just said something unheard of, what? Shout out to Coach Rich at SBG Niagara, went there for a seminar with Henry and Coach Rich, he is amazing, treated my wife and I like family, respect, hope to see you soon. Peace

I teach one of the intro classes at my gym. The only two concepts I teach are Base and Connection. I try to get people into these ideas from their first day. Thanks Henry and Matt for passing these concepts to me, along with Rickson. 🙏🏽
