你從阿婆那裡買的芥蘭頭，雲南人通常切片或切絲以後拿來炒。野生菌也算是雲南的一個特點，每年到了這個季節，大家都會上山采各種野生菌，做的方法有很多種，鮮嫩可口，簡直是人間美味，但是一定要在本地人的引導下食用，要不然真的很容易中毒。

你們買的那個蔬菜，是「大頭菜」。吃時要先將外面的厚皮去掉，可以切成小塊，簿片，細絲等，隨人所愛。

In Germany we know what a Kohlrabi is but abroad it is often not known. In English they even say the German word kohlrabi (Kohl=cabbage, rabi comes from the word "radi" meaning "root") and have no own word. Sadly imported or even harvested in other countries the taste can be very different and unpleasent like slightly bitter and muddy. Here the young ones are juicy, tender, a bit of sweet and nutty even. Take care

If quality is good you peel it and it is raw or cook it, fry it, bake it stuffed in the oven. Google kohlrabi, it is never poisonous or they grow it in soil that has poison in the fields 👍

That big beet type veggie is called 大頭菜, generally name in English is turnip. We have these in Vancouver, its taste is so - so (my personal opinion), some people will stir fry it with meats, or pickled them. Also the saying is Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.

Luca and Rachele the vegetable you bought is a kohl rabi excellent in a salad mainly used by people of German descent. Please google for a variety of recipes to prepare them for consumption.

Thanks for all your videos. They help a lot, until I can go to China again. Here in Austria my mother used to serve the kale after the peeling cut in slices. She salted them a bit and we ate them raw as a kind of healthy snack.

苤蓝在德国非常常见，昨天买了一个，人民币才3块钱。把它切丝然后用盐腌渍一下凉拌，很好吃。或是用蚝油稍微炒一下也很好吃，有机会你们尝试一下。我也是讨厌薄荷味道，但是用新鲜的薄荷做阿拉伯的Tabbuleh我还是很爱吃的。很多东西没有尝试永远不知道自己会不会接受，食物如此，文化也如此吧。
