Going to the Nuka Cola plant is part of the main overseer questline so I'm familiar with the location. I go there often because it's loaded with junk that produces lead and lots of nuclear material. As for the power armor quest. I've only been playing a week and just hit level 50. I have a crappy gun and armor so heading to the cranberry bog is a ways off for me. Great video, I'll definitely be heading to do this quest as soon as I feel I'm not going to die repeatedly. I agree that these types of mini quests are what make the game fun. Subscribed!

You can keep going back and colect the plan over and over without repeating the quest same with x01 quantum paint plans sell easy for 1000 and 1500 caps respectively.

I had a level 2000 have me follow him around the map picking up plans and other cool items. He eventually stopped by here and unlocked the bunker door for me allowing me to unlock this plan with no effort. The fallout 76 community is great

Once I've stumbled upon a video explaining mechanics behind blast domes (I think?) keycards. I've jumped all the loops to find out that I've already unlocked quantum and regular nuka-cola skins for PA. Oh well, at least those plans are in demand, and go for 500 caps nicely.

0:24 Pylon V-13 (fairly strong enemies) 0:56 Watoga Shopping Plaza (no enemies, but only if you've done Mayor for a Day) 1:43 Sutton (enemies unlikely) 2:19 Kanawha Nuka-Cola Plant (only ghouls) 4:12 Black Mountain Ordnance Works (enemies unlikely) I got it on the first try! Bunkers where the trickiest. It was the second one, following the road from Black Mountain Ordnance Works. Reading throught the notes attached to locations... Yeah - it's the same story, but how someone figured out that those seemingly random points that anyone would visit probably real-life days apart, are actually a single chain of events? ...and they backtracked all of them in that order? Unbelieveable.

It was a great quest to get the armor, but now you can not complete it due to new story lines. Maybe they will correct in the future.

You can use photo mode to glitch into walls so you don’t have to do the quests for the things instead the domes you can also use it to skip majority of the nuke silos

Bunkers 3 and 7 are still accessible. But the key for bunker 2 can no longer be obtained. I often show people how to get the keys. I got mine about January 2019. I also tend to have a few of each of the 2 plans to give out to folks.

These "quests" are interesting but how in the world did they think people could figure this out without some detailed clues in the notes? I don't care if there are no map markers, I'm talking actual clues. The first location with the duffel bag could've gave a general location such as; my toolbox is near the outskirts of Watoga on the northeast side near a picnic area. Something like that would've made it feel like a real scavenger hunt as opposed to somebody looked through game assets and code behind the scenes and pieced together how to complete this and other scav hunts that are in the game. Thanks for posting this but it would have been better if Bethesda would have rewarded players for exploring _in_ game as opposed to the few players who know how to look through code outside of the game.

I know the rifle has a nuka cola skin. Other than that I'm not sure. That one, and if there are others, is most likely in the atom shop. Hope this helps :)

Its also worth noting that if the plans are in there and you pick them up and try to server hope for more the door will be guarded by blood eagles and the lock will say “this door is inaccessible”… at least for me it did. Maybe a time sensative thing… or permanent. Not sure

You don't even need to do the questline to get the paint. Just go to the bunker and just do the camera glitch and you're inside.

Put your CAMP in a place where players come and go a lot, like Train Stations. Then put a vendor and sell good stuff at a good price. You will get there don't worry.
