that 2ed treasure room is opened from a jump area in a room top right of it gota jump all way up too git too the leaver but yea this no idea what it opens if anything

They don't do anything right now as far as I know. A few people think the developer wanted to do something with pressure plates but decided against it and didnt deleted these. Others think it was supposed to be traps like the spike traps.

It opens one chest in the upper left corner of the map, you open it at 7:21
