The word Catholic comes from the Greek and means Universal. Constantine used it when He made Christianity the Catholic/ Universal religion of the Roman Empire and no other religion was allowed. The Roman Empire engulfed the whole of humanity at that time. So that made it easy for the spread f this pagan religion that was sold as truth. During the Tribulation Period the last 3 1/2 years of the 7 Year Peace Plan, the Papacy will make Christianity the world religion and kill anyone that will not come over to it, just like Constantine had done. Constantine called a conference of Christian bishops far from Rome in 325 AD at Nicea. Constantine's intention at Nicaea was to create an entirely new god for his empire who would unite all religious factions under one deity. It was held on the summer solstice of June 21 - which in hindsight we will see was to honor the Sun. It was at this gathering that Christianity was born and the ramifications of decisions made at the time are difficult to calculate. About four years prior to chairing the Council, Constantine had been initiated into the religious order of Sol Invictus, Constantine worshiped the sun god 'Sol' (Roman name for Nimrod) one of the two thriving cults that regarded the Sun as the one and only Supreme God (the other was Mithraism). Because of his Sun worship, he instructed Eusebius to convene the first of three sittings on the summer solstice, 21 June 325. Nimrod married his own mother. After declaring himself to be a god, then his mother declared herself to be"the Mother of god". The true birth given name Immanuel was exchanged for a sun deity name Jesus being Tammuz, worshiped as the son/ sun / Nimrod. Nimrod became the sun and also a deity. Constantine was the ruling spirit at Nicaea and he ultimately decided upon a new God for them. To involve British factions, he ruled that the name of the Druid God, Hesus, be joined with the Eastern Saviour-God, Krishna (Krishna is Sanskrit for Christ), and thus Hesus Krishna would be the official name of the new Roman God. A vote was taken and it was with a majority show of hands (161 votes to 157) that both divinities become one God. Following long-standing heathen custom, Constantine used the official gathering and the Roman apotheosis decree to legally deify two deities as one, and did so by democratic consent. A new God was proclaimed and “officially” ratified by Constantine(Acta Concilii Nicaeni, 1618). Constantine started Christianity from an already previous pagan religion called Christianity. He killed the last of Yahweh Messiah's elect with the 11th Roman Emperor Persecution. All that were left were all the pagans so Constantine had to get them all under one heading that of Christianity and he killed any of them that would not come over to his new form of this pagan religion christian religion. Every person walking this earth today their geneology goes back to their pagan forefathers that did not accept the truth when given back then for salvation. We all inherited the lies of our forefathers and along with Constantine''s Satanic Christian lies.

Jesus Never, Never mentioned anything to do with the HEATHEN relic beads - the Rosary. Faith in Jesus, the Holy Spirit and God the Father is the ONLY way to be saved. The Rosary and the Virgin Mary ('Hera' in greek mythology) concepts, are unscriptural traditions adopted from the ancient 'war-like' Babylonians, Mido Persians and Greeks whose Kingdoms existed before the Caesarian Roman Empire, which, (subsequently for disguise), emerged as the Holy Roman Empire in this later day papacy and papal rule - nothing to do with the Lord Jesus' teaching. Read Daniel Chapter 2 and you will know what scripture says about these Kingdoms and Christ's - the Stone from the heavens' destructive arrival - its obliteration of the Kingdoms and the end of the 'church-disguise' Roman Empire (The iron and clay in the Nebuchadnezzar's dream Statue's feet).

@@lizcharalambous9336 The message is loud and clear and wrong . You accept it because ? The holy catholic priest, says Mary prayed the rosary every day ? Where do you get this nonsense? As Mary is the mother of Jesus and in the scriptures old and new testament she is blessed among woman but at no time is mentioned as being more than the mother of our Lord. There are no beads and no novenas said to or about Mary in the scriptures as these things came through later teachings well after the events in the early church. As the scriptures also clearly point out Mary had other children , that would make her a non virgin , and there is no verse that would make Mary anything more than a woman born with a sin nature just like everyone else. You need to examine what you believe and if it requires change do so. Not always acceptable as change may be detrimental to your social habits.

It has, and I do recommend it, but do not believe it necessary, made it fully a body and soul prayer for me. I also do believe icons, scriptures, reverent related art work assist immensely in lifting your soul to heaven. May God bless you.

I wish I didn’t read any of the comments. Just a few minutes of the vitriol nearly succeeded in distracting me from the purpose of this video - this message is a a compelling call for a stronger relationship with God. I didn’t read any more comments. I will replay this KZbin message again and again because it’s beautiful. It’s refreshing to be reminded to be reverent, to be grateful, to be humble. For me, Fr McCaffrey purpose was to inspire us to create an intimate personal relationship with God. Get close and personal with God, is what I hear in this video, and to take advantage of the rosary as one way to strengthen and deepen our personal relationship with God. I’m grateful for the counsel. He clearly says Mary never tried to take the spotlight and was submissive to her son. The rosary is really the Bible put to prayer, he says. It’s a beautiful devotion he says, when you understand how it’s really designed. p.s.- by contemplating the mysteries, this message says we have the opportunity to actually converse with God (personal relationship) which is available more than simply reciting or meditating which is like staring at art. I agree I struggle and I don’t know really how to pray. I do know that Jesus did not ever say that prayers must only be addressed to Jesus. His comment about coming to the Farher but through Him does not apply to praying. How do I think that? I think that because when the people asked Jesus how to pray, Jesus himself directed the people away from praying to Him, and instead Jesus said pray to pray directly to Our Father. Nowhere in Scripture does Jesus say do not petition my mother Mary. Somehow, I believe God and Jesus and Spirit would find it pleasing that we show thanks and reverence for mother Mary while we are “ in prayer” with Jesus Her Son and God who is His Father during a rosary (when done as it was intended) beyond simple recitation of mindless thought.

The Holy Spirit leads to this video, I was going to pass by it but the inner voice told me to watch this video, I am glad I did. It is an inspiring sermon. It showed me how to communicate better with the lord and make some changes on how I say the rosary..

Peter I am of an identical sentient....got here via the long way going from Fort Worth to Dallas via El paso....meaning that looking for spiritual reflection this Easter I stumbled along and into this youtube video being directed by the Holy Spirit to Fr. Daniel McCaffrey's meaningful insight into reciting the rosary......this video bumped up my already existing passion for the rosary and prayer as described by Fr. Dan.....God Bless on this Easter day.....Mike

I believe the Holy Spirit led me to this video, it was my intention today to study how to make my prayers more effective. I wanted to add more to my prayers, and one thought that came in after receiving the scripture Luke 17:17 on my phone from the Bible app, it comes automatically, i felt i needed to include more praise and thanks giving in my prayers, thanking God for all His provisions and goodness. I came to youtube to find this video, and behold Father Daniel preached about the 10 lepers in Luke 17:17 and about effective prayers and how to pray the Rosary, this is an answer to my prayers, thank you mother Mary, thank you Jesus Christ

I am very grateful to you! Thank you! Jeanie DeCoster Praying repetitive prayers is prohibited IF YOU WOULD JUST READ YOUR BIBLE ... open your eyes ! Catholic Church deceives you to no end . FULL OF LIES AND FALSE TEACHINGS ! The MOTHER IS NOT THE WAY, she was a sinner just like us . YOUR PRAYERS TO MARY WILL NEVER BE HEARD -

WILDflower I you don't repeat your prayer after using all the words in the dictionary. What will you say in your prayer? Then you stop praying because you have no more words to use except repeating your prayer.

Ernesto Dela Cruz BOY YOU’RE DESPERATE TO EXCUSE YOURSELF! It’s almost hilarious ! BUT ! Stop blaspheming GODS WORD- GOD SAYS ! Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount, “When ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking”

Ernesto Dela Cruz Stop your bull !!! You blatantly disobey GODS INSTRUCTION, no excuses - read your BIBLE then you will know instead of following your LEADERS . -- Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount, “When ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking”
