Hey, Sagittarius Ascendent here. 8th house has Cancer rashi, and moon ketu in close conjunction in 5th house. Learning astrology now. Also, had a lot of emotional problems, just like you said in the video, at 25:30, finding solutions, trying to do things that you dont really have an understanding of. Dealt through (and dealing through) all of them. 8th house is also research, hence to find the solution of my own emotional problems, I did a lot of research (in psychology, human behaviour, mental health, also went to a therapist, emotional well being etc etc), in fact I got into astrology to find solution for my emotional problems. Eventually I did figure out my problem (I will keep that to myself, still working on them and trying to be better person). And now I am in a much more calmer and better state. What I want to share is, the moment I developed a healthy relation with food, and stopped looking at food like it is going to harm me (I have been overweight and that is going to change very soon) or have a toxic outlook towards food (trust me this takes a lot of emotional work, it was by no means a 1 day process or even a months process, I failed multiple times and just to have this understanding it took me almost 1 year. One year of constantly peeling off and removing old habits and patterns and redefining them). I learnt how to cook tasty food, tasty and nutritious food, hired a nutritionist, started following his diet, and at the same time understanding the framework of food and nutrition (through self study and questioning). The changes I am noticing : 1. I quit smoking and drinking. Not because its harmful (of course its harmful, everyone knows it, me too, but still used to consume it). But rather now I dont feel like the "need" ((excuse me, for not finding a better words to express it, hindi mei isko 'Talab" bolte hai)) to smoke or drink (i still do socially, but in limit, eventually that too will change, I have a feeling about it), 2. My mental strength and its resilience is getting better day by day. I am more calmer, less impulsive, more patient and getting better at it. There are still times when I slip up, but I try to get back on track as soon as possible and hold myself accountable (really hard to do trust me, but hey, cheers to a better life. 3. I started doing simple pranayam for 15 mins, followed by 20-30 mins of meditation (I still slip up, and feel lazy to do them and skip them at times), but I try my best, to get back on track. 4. I learnt how to be flexible in nature (I am still learning though), accepting the fact that not everything will happen as per my wishes, and I have to learn how to deal with life as it unfolds itself. 5. I am getting Physically stronger, Mentally stronger, Emotionally stabler (I dont even think "stabler" is a word xD, what I mean is "Mansik Sthirta", if that helps, hahahaha). Of course I am putting in the work as well, not just sitting around. Going to the gym and following a training plan, reading books, doing meditation and pranayam, balancing home and office as well. Educating myself on technology and coding to handle the income aspect. All these changes were observed when I started developing a healthy relationship with food. Jai Bajrang Bali,Jai Hanuman. May he give everyone the "Bal, Buddhi and Vidhya" (Strength, Intellect and Knowledge) to deal with their life problems and become resilient and walk the path to being a better human being (that will seriously test you, hahahahahahhaha)

I agree about fasting. I have been fasting since I was in school. Whole Shravan month I don't eat salt nor salt alternatives. At times, I have just eaten green moong. Whole month there is a different level of energy. Complete health, skin etc. benefits. Initially when I started I had body pain but no more.

In Islam there is concept of Day of Judgment that will take place after Sun rises from West which means Sun will go retrograde. Post this event(Sun rise) no good deeds will be accepted.
