The E with that crossed line is actually a symbol for "east is up" that shows in Nico and the Niners, and the Scaled and Icy logo is similar, but the logo is actually psi (sai - which in this case means Scaled and Icy itself).

The "I" in the first logo means tyler itself and how he thinks, thats why the album talks about that. Then we have the "/" in blurryface, which means the dark side of tyler, that's why it painted in red color, because it represents the "demons"(blurryface) of tyler, and that is the main theme of the album. Finally we will have the "-" which in MY opinion means the relationship between both sides, and shows as that even do Blurryface and tyler itself are different, they are an individual, and they cant exist without each other.

they should have atleast 1 or 2 albums after this, but it really depends. it depends on whether the fact that the band will stay together, or the fact that Tyler and Jenna might want to move on in marriage and have children. I've read something stating the with the band, the member should have left/broke up with the band for atleast one year before having kids.

André Wiel (or Weil i forget) made the symbol in the 1930's to 40's. a group of mathematicians he was a part of, called the bourbaki group, have a bunch of little connections/similarities to tøp and the trench era.
