We have already had first generation MBTs in the tech tree since forever. That they add an "real MBT" will not make a difference either because WG can make them heavy or medium tanks if they want

Ka-Ri is long gone from testing and it's ready to be released whenever WG feels like. Just be a bit more patient, Ka-Ri crates were already found in game files, so it won't take long for it to come into the game

This tank isn't too popular, so I wouldn't expect it to get a new skin anytime soon, but it will probably get it eventually in one of Battle Passes. Same applies to Chi-Se and T8 Ho-Ri
