Got me a PERSBOL chair, the best ever. We live in a mobile home, so not much space, the spindles and arm rest allow "see through", giving the impression of more space in the room, and it is extremely comfortable.

We have Trofast and Hemnes in our "teen room" (gaming center/game and movie storage and two of the bridge units as window seats) and our TV console in our living room is a Hemnes linen cupboard. Love that line. This was great info, I didn't realize there was more than those two lines.

I have the Leksvik dresser. Solid pine. I bought it in 2006 and it’s still going strong! I don’t think they make this line anymore.

@1:55, for that sort of money, I would want more paint colour options. @3:12, I love the IKEA hack community. IKEA needs to up its designs. I never see anything in store that wows me.

Hie Reynard just came across your channel and I love it. I watched your videos but I never came across any bathroom makeovers. Would you mind doing one?

Great content as always, thanks for that! :) FYI, in my experience IKEA's selection is smaller in Europe. E.g. TARVA drawers are not available. As I see higher quality items are less available and the fabric options are also limited. This is the case in Hungary. And a couple of times I checked some items in the Swedish webshop as well, out of curiosity. And I found that they are not available in IKEA's home country either. These days it is a miracle when I find a nice solid wood piece in IKEA.

I love the aesthetic of Ikea kitchen cabinets, but I'm worried about their resistance to termites. Can you share whether Ikea cabinets are appropriate for tropical and humid environments? Is pre- treatment necessary before installing them?

FYI not everything in the Hemnes range is solid wood. I cut off the legs of the 12 capacity shoe cabinet and was particleboard.

C etait le cas avant mais plus maintenant. J ai le bureau Hemnes qui est tout en pin massif mais acheté il y a 7 ans.

Ekenaset bench that cost 199 dollars in your country I think is a good price … here in Cyprus that bench cost 299 euros ( approximately 315 dollars)

I don't know, maybe IKEA is the cheaper option in other countries. In my country it's pretty expensive and has this unfinished flimsy look. I can buy proper furniture at dedicated furniture shops for the same price, so I don't know why IKEA is so popular.

Here in australia ikea is almost always the cheaper option especially for the quality. Reynards opinions/videos might reflect this as well

Some items are cheaper, some are expensive, but all of the material has less quality. I used ikea as a student, but everything breaks down in short time period. Ikea has masive marketing catchers.

I would sooner patronize my local Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity and re-paint or re-finish something like this for a fraction of the cost and much better for the environment.

Can you please clarify in your videos -and titles of videos - whether you are referring to "real wood" or "pressed MDF wood"? Because in the furniture industry, **solid wood** refers to "MDF," also known as "pressed wood" that uses Formaldehyde in the process. It is extremely important to be using the correct words because Formaldehyde is very toxic and off-gasses from the products that it is in. For people with MCS also now known as IEI, bringing any product into the home with this chemical in it could cause a serious health issue. Thank you
