Maybe each of the Beasts left something behind that now still influences the continent of Crispia? Shadow Milk was the bearer of knowledge so he was a very academic guy and probably to help in his mission he created the academy. its desert paradise and forgotten sugar paradise, it could be that cookies migrated to the desert paradise after being formed and the sugar paradise was forgotten which eventually made eternal sugar sad then evil. And thats how it got its name. My theory: When Eternal Sugar Cookie created her paradise she also created creatures to help there to maintain and take care of them, these creatures that I believe are sugar angels that would most likely be various types as well as the types of angels. But the main creation would be Sugar Swan, which would be the "jewel" of paradise made by Eternal Sugar since, just like its creator, it wanted to make everyone happy. When Eternal Sugar fell and became one of the beasts she also corrupted her angels except Sugar Swan who, for being probably one of the strongest and freest in the sugar paradise would not be corrupted and when her creator was arrested she, even sad, went to another place (which would be the Dessert Paradise) and continued her work. Following this logic of mine I believe that the chapter of Eternal Sugar against HollyBerry herself will go to her creator Sugar Swan fearing that she may harm Cookies and, if she is not arrested and needs to be rescued, she will help HollyBerry Cookie defeat her creator and her army of sleepy angels who will be in a choir singing to make everyone sleep (since Eternal Sugar herself uses a harp which indicates that her power turns from music JUST LIKE SUGAR SWAN USES A MICROPHONE).

I liked the theory, but the sugar swan part doesn't make sense, the sugar swan is the supreme goddess, she was born LONG before the eternal sugar, she was one of the first creatures in the universe (along with the new ones), so what you said it doesn't make sense, besides the sugar swan NEVER had a microphone, where did you see a microphone with her?

In this case, this Eternal Sugar paradise would be to not only fulfill its concept of happiness but also help Sugar Swan by creating a second paradise so as not to overload the dessert paradise (or in this case to prevent one of Cookies from trying to find and enter Sugar Swan's paradise by sending them to Eternal Sugar's paradise).

Well. Using the ancients first: the Vanilla Puree looks like a magician of a fairytale castle, HollyBerry resembles the medieval kingdoms in the Renaissance, Dark Cacao despite the clothing is part of an Asian-looking kingdom, the Golden Cheese has an Egyptian appearance (and also Mesoamerican) and the White Lily seems to be just a forest wizard. As for the beasts: Shadow Milk looked by the clothes with the kingdom of Arabia but now looks like a clown in a circus, Mystic Flour has details of ancient China and looks like a Buddha only without empathy, Burning Spice has details of an Indian kingdom and looks like Shiva, Eternal Sugar should look like the design of the vision of the sky that looks like Greece, and Silent Salt seems to be a knight who will probably use the Gothic theme (like Dracula's castle).

No way Eternal Sugar Cookie reaches to a literally Goddess's level. Eternal Sugar Cookie may be a Demigod who lived for primordial, But Sugar Swan Cookie is a celestial, Celestials in the Cookieverse transcends the whole Cosmology itself. The Celestials are so powerful they view Universes and worlds as tiny eggs. (Stated by the official Cookie Run Art book) + Sugar Swan Cookie lived before everything happened, before the witches, Cookies and even Earthbread itself came. (I don't want to ruin your Headcanon, although this information needs to be said.)

Eternal Sugar Cookie doesn't even come close. Sugar Swan, who created the entire CookieRun cosmology, the Afternoon Tea Set. Along with the cosmology, she created Nature, & along with Nature, she created aspects of it, called Guardians, to represent aspects of the entire world & maintain order. The Afternoon Tea Set is a set of three trays which are the foundations of the layers of existence. The Upper Tray is essentially heaven, the Middle Tray contains the multiverse & the World of Dreams, & the Lower Tray is basically hell. All of existence is also made of Life Energy, which exists in a perpetual cycle where worlds & creatures are born, fall, & are reborn. This cycle is clearly modeled after Buddhist & Hindu Saṃsāra. Beings & places can be freed from the cycle & thus existence, however they can never be out of Nature’s grasp, obviously. The cosmology also contains all dualities. This then means, if Sugar Swan Cookie created the whole Cookie Run Cosmology itself, then she would have every power that verse has to create the game we know and love. To think Someone being powerful as Sugar Swan is insane enough, (although, if we are being honest, that would be Millennial Tree Cookie) That Demigod doesn't even come close to a literally Celestial who transcends nature itself. Eternal Sugar Cookie would be wiped from the face of Earthbread if she dared to fight Sugar Swan Cookie.
