Pile one, the inner child meditation you spoke of. I pay $200 a session with my therapist to do this exact guided meditation and I can’t tell you how big of a drastic change it’s giving me. I was in therapy for 15+ years every module has let me down except for this one. I tell every person that I talk to that will listen about it and refer them to my therapist, but of course you can do it on your own exactly how you explained. My life looks drastically different than it did when I started two years ago.

Weirdly enough, I can't tell if the last pile was about me or him which is absolutely crazy. Im the one who has been thinking and contemplating and suffering, while hating him because of my own thoughts. But I don't want to leave him because i feel so truly connected even though i don't truly know how much he loves me.It's so weird how the wealthy man popped up because buying tangible items, overspending etc is something he's been getting into. It was weird but I felt all applied but in a certain order 1, 3 then 2. After listening, I found out why. Pile 1: defined my specific connection with the other person. Pile 2: defined the person in their environment with another and Pile 2: is the combined situation now.
