In Stanley parable you need to play the epilogue to continue with the Easter egg plus if you take the bucket to your bosses office and quickly walk out having the door lock you out, you can go back and find a rocket somewhere and you have to put the bucket in it, then during the epilogue you can find it in the rocket and take the bucket.

In modern warfare remastered, you can shoot guns dry and time some inspects perfectly to check the mag (like on the mp5) and you'll see the rounds are gone. It's difficult to do so it won't happen accidentally, so it shows the dedication to the detail

There’s a really cool detail in AC brotherhood on the mission “a wolf in sheeps clothing” when you finally confront the cardinal at the top of the tower if you throw him off the balcony you get a different death cutscene then if you were to just kill him at the top

I like how in Deep Rock galactic, if you bring the "head" back from the drilldozer to the drop pod, your character will make a comment, the head will be in the victory screen and it'll be in the orbitting base next to the equipment computer with a note saying something along the lines of "please fix"

A few more details that can be found in Deep Rock Galactic: When the pod is open in the HUB you can kick barrels in it with even special lines of dialog for that situation. when a mission ends when you're down, you end up in the infirmary wearing a medical gown. Well you can select and begin a mission straight away without changing your gear or appearance, thus making you do the mission while still wearing that gown. also "C" is used to call the M.U.L.E. alongside different lines of dialog. But if you do it while the MULE is going back to the Exit pod, or do it in a mission where there is no MULE (Point Extraction and On-Site Refinery), different lines of dialog will be triggered instead depending of the situation. Also in the missions where you have to escort a Drilldozer you can not only pet the robot head at the top of the Drilldozer but you can even carry it back to the Drop Pod and it will appear at the bottom right on the result screen. I must be missing some details because that game has plenty of those.

Also a few Easter Eggs in a PS4 VR game: AstroBot Rescue Mission. There's a level where you have to use the light of your controller as a UV Light, thus revealing platform and drawings on the wall. Well some of these drawings are references to other games, like Undertale and others I can't remember. Another Easter Egg but this time in the credits. In the Special Thanks section (near the end) there are two names that appear: David Goodenough and Jean-Michel Bruitages. These two aren't real people but instead two characters from Joueur Du Grenier, a KZbinr who is pretty much the French version of AVGN. Also a detail in that same game. You can see many times through the game that you are part of the game universe because you are represented as a big robot that follows AstroBot around. Well it is not just visual because in the underwater sections, if AstroBot swims towards the "camera" he ends up stuck on your face until you shake him off. Which is really cute.

You recently mentioned getting a PS3 on Twitter, right? Well, if you pick up the Ratchet and Clank games, here's a few details that I spotted in the games (that you can get in the HD re-release). If you play the second game and go to the planet Grelbin, Ratchet has a unique idle animation just for that one world, because it happens to be cold as hell. It's the only world where he will shiver. Just be careful on this world - it's home to the YETI enemies and they are annoying as hell, to the point where Insomniac has an internal trophy for "Worst enemy design" because of them. Ratchet will react to certain weapons you equip throughout the series. If you equip a rocket launcher, for example, he grins like a maniac. Here's one that I noticed was sadly removed from the HD re-release. At the beginning of the world Todano, there's a tour area where a robotic copy of Mr Fizzwidget shows off some of the armaments Megacorp has made in the past to a group of robotic tourists. The audio from the tour was removed but according to it, the mutant squirrels who appear in the level were the descendants of one squirrel who was lost in space after too many space flights aboard one of the missiles. Well, he's not lost, just hiding. Destroy the missile (tip - destroy all of them for a skill point) and a squirrel will spawn out of the missile. Ratchet and Clank 2 formally introduces the concept of Challenge Mode to the game series, a New Game+ system where you can not only unlock and upgrade your arsenal again but also gain a currency multiplier that increases based on how many enemies are slain. Well, in Challenge Mode, one of the weapons you can unlock is the Clank Zapper, which causes Clank to blast enemies. Here's the detail - Clank doesn't formally join Ratchet until he completes an objective on the game's third world. Until then, not only is the Clank Zapper unavailable for purchase but if you start the game again on a completed save file, the Clank Zapper is removed from your inventory.

As for The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe...he sliders are important, you're required to get past them to get to the secret Epilogue in the game. How I unlocked the Epilogue was I did majority of the bucket endings along with finding all the Stanley Figurines then I finished using all the sliders. I will NOT say what the epilogue is all about, but I will just say it has a interesting Easter Egg that involves the number *8* that you might want to note.
