If this was made in the 90's, the software/hardware they're using now is probably different but far more powerful. The radar world uses DSP's and FPGA's in addition to regular computers. I imagine radio astronomers might do the same. Check out "Aperture Synthesis", "Very Long Baseline Interferometry", and "Atacama Large Millimeter Array" articles in Wikipedia.

is there any radio imaging telescopes where i can see jupiter up close

Don't know. But being on the ecliptic is not as good, possibly not even feasible. Best distant objects for data acqisition are ones that are within "your latitude degees" of the south celestial pole i.e always above the telescope's horizon. Also time-lapse radio imagery won't show brief events like Jovian lightning storms..further: assuming any radio signature isn't distorted by Jupiter's intense magnetic field.

That's ok i have a theory of placing numerous and low to high level recorder at various places increasing capacity like in 10000acres area 10000scopes and its needed jus that constant for few years ...., It gives results

Australia is a lucky place since it has a large horizon.

Quite impressive, even by today's standards. We stand on the shoulders of giants.
