This video looked incredibly fun. I'm from South Louisiana where we never get snow. I'd really love meeting y'all, doing a winch install like this and go play in the show like this!!!! Awesome video...

Winch is something that's on the eventual to-do list for the baby bronco project for us too. Glad to see you guys making use of that new garage space.

Wonderful video you 3! Don't wanna leave out your beautiful pup. I watched because I am purchasing that same winch mount for my 2001 Tacoma. I wondered if I could still use my factory skid plate. Now I know. Thanks you guys! WTF. William Thomas F.

Can you fit your hand behind the bumper to free spool it? Looks like you did when you had to pull cable, but it didn’t look like much room was available when you put the bumper on.

Awesome! Great job and great video. Appreciate seeing the different attempts at getting the bumper on (and the various trimming you had to work on). Love the snow and watching you guys successfully use the winch. Jealous of that snow trail - looks gorgeous out there! What tires are you running on that Taco? I have a black extended cab just like that and love the look.

We go to a mountain range outside of town, but it's around 20-40" of snow a year 🙌

@@WrenchChill looks like nearly that much already! Where i grew up average was 200” per year and up to 300”. A bit NW from us max was 460” in a year. And that was under 1000’ elevation

Gosh maybe it probably is more then! I'm not finding a lot online for these mountains 😂

@@WrenchChill i looked it up and for your area 12.4” per yr average. Even McCall which seems to be a bunch is only 135”. Thank you! :) You might check your local junkyard or even Ebay sometimes for OEM parts like that. I don't know of any aftermarkets available, but I could be wrong...

Looks awesome! It's a shame the mount they sell is $350 though. I just bought a universal winch mount from HF for $60 did a tiny bit of cutting and welding and boom, had basically the same exact mount they sell. Totally worth doing this way if you have an angle grinder and a welder, that's about all it took.

what intake are y'all using to get those supercharger noises so loud? Sounds great..
@WrenchChill2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The K&N cold air intake did make the sound a bit louder, but some rev-limiter also helps too 😂

I'll have a video of the K&N intake install out soon 🤘
@Avery-g-yt2 жыл бұрын
@@WrenchChillit certainly does haha My 02 is supercharged too with the 2.2" pulley. I just want more supercharger noises. That's an expensive intake for noises though hahaha. Form > function in this case. I do like the Folger's intake though..
